If you’d like to order 8x10 prints of any images you’ve seen on these photo pages, simply print out the order form below.

Instructions: Completely fill out the form. Make sure to include your name, address, and phone number. In the blanks, specify the title of the photo(s) you want and how many prints you would like to order. All prints are 8x10 unless otherwise noted for size, come unframed, and are printed on professional photo paper. Each 8x10 print costs $10.00 and 5x7 cost $6.00. After you’ve figured out your total, send the order form with a check or money order payable to MSAD#1 in U.S. funds to:
