Central Registration
All new students register through Central Registration in
the Health Services Office. This provides an opportunity for parents and
students to meet the school nurses in a non-emergent setting to discuss
any health concerns and to introduce new families to MSAD#1 prior to their
child’s first day of school.
All Pre-K and Kindergarten students register through the
Health Services Office. Pre-K registrations are usually held
in early April each year. Kindergarten registrations are held in
early May. (Pre-K students are automatically enrolled in
Kindergarten.)
MSAD#1 requires the following documentation and asks that you bring these
items to the Registration Night or the Health Services Office when
registering your child.:
1. Proof of Immunization
2. Legal Birth Certificate (from the town or city that child was born in)
3. Legal Guardianship/Custody Papers
Please contact us if you have
questions regarding immunization and other requirements.
You may reach the Health Services Office at 207-764-8105.
Please feel free to contact us if you should have any questions.
