MSAD #1 Pre-K Registration for School Year 2010-2011

ATTENTION PARENTS OF 4 YEAR OLDS!

MSAD#1 will begin accepting Pre-K students for the fall of 2010. All MSAD#1 children who are four years old on or before October 15, 2010 are eligible for enrollment.

MSAD#1 Pre-K Registration Night will be held as follows:

• For children who will be attending Presque Isle Pre-K:

Meeting Place: Presque Isle High School Cafeteria
Meeting Date/Time: March 22, 2010 at 6:00 PM

• For children who will be attending Mapleton Pre-K:

Meeting Place: Mapleton Elementary School
Meeting Date/Time: March 23, 2010 at 6:00 PM


MSAD#1 requires the following documentation at the time of registration.  Please bring these items with you to Registration Night:

1. Proof of Immunization
2. Legal Birth Certificate (from the town or city in which the child was born)
3. Legal Guardianship/Custody Papers
4. Parent/Guardian Photo Identification
