MSAD #1 Pre-K Registration for School Year 2010-2011

ATTENTION PARENTS OF 4 YEAR OLDS!

There is still time to register for the MSAD #1 Pre-K Program for the school year 2010-2011:

• Please call the Health Services Office at 764-8105 to arrange a time to come and register your child for the MSAD #1 Pre-K Program.
• Children who will be four years old on on before October 15, 2010 are eligible for enrollment.
• MSAD#1 requires the following documentation at the time of registration:
  • Proof of Immunization
  • Legal Birth Certificate (from the town or city in which the child was born)
  • Legal Guardianship/Custody Papers
  • Parent/Guardian Photo Identification
