Welcome to the Presque Isle High School Home Page

Presque Isle High School has a distinguished tradition of excellence. The students at Presque Isle High School are among the best in Maine. Approximately 70 percent of the graduating seniors go on to a two- or four-year college. Presque Isle's best students get accepted into the top schools in the country. While at those schools, the Presque Isle students consistently distinguish themselves academically and as school citizens. The school has regularly scored in the top 20 schools on the state MEA tests. Presque Isle High School has been chosen as a "National School of Excellence" and as the "Best in the State" by Redbook Magazine. Our athletic teams, drama club, musical groups, and vocational clubs are recognized each year for their excellence.

We are very proud of the wonderful students and excellent staff at Presque Isle High School. Every day both groups make a positive contribution to the tradition of excellence at Presque Isle High School. I hope you enjoy your visit through the "Wildcat" web pages.

Thank you for your interest in our school.
