Presque Isle Tech Center

Presque Isle was well-represented at the FFA National Convention in Indianapolis last week. Izabelle Higgins, class of 2021 and past Maine state President, was awarded the American Degree. The American Degree is the highest degree achievable in the National FFA Organization. It shows an FFA member’s dedication to her chapter and state FFA association. It demonstrates the effort FFA members apply toward their supervised agricultural experience and the outstanding leadership abilities and community involvement they exhibited through their FFA careers.   In addition, PI FFA member Lane Carmichael competed in the Creed Speaking Leadership Development Event and earned a silver emblem. Congratulations to Izzy and Lane!
