All MSAD #1 schools will be released on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:30AM for the Holiday Break. School will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Happy Holidays!
Presque Isle High School is opening its doors and invites you to view Deck the Halls, a traditional Winter Carnival event where each class decorates their hallway according to a self-selected theme. Join us (via the front Lobby entrance) on Tuesday, December 17th from 7-8pm. This year the students have chosen the following themes: Road Trip Through Maine (12th), Wizard of Oz (11th), Candy Land (10th), Dr. Seuss (9th). You will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite hall, too! (one vote per person).
Due to the continued power outages across the district, school is canceled today, Thursday, December 12th.
Due to widespread power outages in the area and a lack of electricity at our district schools, MSAD 1 will be having a 2-hour delay this morning.
An announcement regarding whether or not school will be held for the day will be made later this morning.
Due to icy road conditions, ALL MSAD #1 Schools will have a
2-Hour Delay. There will be no morning Pre-K or Kindergarten sessions.
Due to the snow and high winds forecasted, MSAD #1 will have a Remote Learning Snow Day on Thursday, December 5. Learning materials will be sent home with students at the end of the school day today. Meals will be sent home with those students who have requested in advance.
REMINDER: Monday, 11/25 & Tuesday, 11/26 are Early Release days due to the scheduled Parent/Teacher Conferences. There will be no school Wednesday, 11/27 through Friday, 11/29. We hope that you enjoy the holiday break!
